A bit of background...
1999I have been involved in online marketing since 1999 when I built my first website and wanted my friends to be able to find it.
I spent about 5 years in London marketing in the highly competitive corporate hospitality industry, business to business.
2004In 2004 I started my own web design business. I have built a large number of websites for clients over the years, mainly small businesses.
I've always felt that simply building a website was not enough. Without the right marketing know how a website would not attract visitors and would not achieve its purpose.
2005In late 2005 I started working as Website Development Officer for Coleg Powys, a further education college in Mid Wales, where I still work now.
2008In 2008 I studied the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s eMarketing Award course. I passed with distinctions and developed an eMarketing Strategy for Coleg Powys.
2009In 2009 I finally started advertising my internet marketing services independently.
